Pro Pitcher Program: 13u-18u Players

Rip City is proud to be the home of the Pro Pitcher Academy! The program permits open winter enrollment when a player is ready to start training.

This 12-week program permits a gradual progression to build strong, and healthy arms. Athletes will go through extensive mechanical analysis to promote healthy arm action with increased velocity. Players will become regimented on exercises and techniques to train the scapular stabilizers as well as the rotator cuff. The significance of the core & legs will also be a focal point for the Pro Pitching Program. Use of technology to track several key metrics, including spin rate and spin efficiency, along with analysis of pitching mechanics will aide our professional staff. Each pitcher will also receive instruction on the appropriate grips based off their age and natural arm slots to promote natural movement.

The monthly fee of $275 permits pitchers regular access to the facility over the 90-day period, but also includes two instructional days with our professional staff. The program provides highly technical instruction, but also focuses exceptional time on strength, flexibility & conditioning.

Monday, December 9th is the first instructional day of the winter season, however this program permits open enrollment when a player is ready to start!

Pitchers can select which two instructional days and times fit their schedule best. Upon enrollment, our Director of Operations will contact you to coordinate your preferred training days.
